About

A Temple Should Be
a Bridge, Not a Fortress

Who I Am

People often ask me, "Why do you speak English so fluently even though you are Japanese?"

So today, let me introduce myself.

I was born in a small temple town where the morning bell was my alarm clock. For years, I meditated in silence, believing that true wisdom was a secret hidden far away from the noisy world.

But when I saw the deep exhaustion in people's eyes, and later, the loneliness hidden behind our glowing screens, I realized something important.

A temple shouldn't be a fortress to escape the world; it must be a bridge to connect with it.

That is why I reached out to learn your language — to connect with you wherever you are.

Today, many of us carry the heavy luggage of "not being enough" through the thick fog of comparison. But what if you could just put that bag down?

You do not need to move to a quiet mountain to find peace. I am here to help you cherish the gentle light of the present moment.

Let's make this space a sanctuary where your soul can finally catch its breath.
