Order Period

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Digital products
Because digital products are delivered or made accessible shortly after purchase, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted after delivery, download, streaming, email transmission, or access has begun.
Exceptions may be made for duplicate charges, incorrect products, unresolved corrupted files, non-delivery caused by us, or where required by applicable law.
Physical products
Customers must contact us within 7 days after delivery to request a return.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the product is unused, unmarked, undamaged, and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
