Payment Timing

Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered immediately or shortly after payment is successfully completed by email, download link, customer account, or another method displayed on the product page.

Delivery of Physical Products
Physical products are normally dispatched within 10 business days after payment confirmation.
International delivery normally takes approximately 5 to 30 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs procedures, and local conditions.

Order Period
Unless a limited sales period is expressly displayed, orders may be placed while the applicable product remains available for sale.

Because digital products are typically delivered or made accessible shortly after purchase, we review cancellation and refund requests on a case-by-case basis rather than granting them automatically. In our review, we consider factors such as whether the content has been downloaded, accessed, streamed, or otherwise used, the circumstances of your purchase, and any applicable consumer protection laws.

Physical products
Customers must contact us within 14 days after delivery to request a return.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted only where the product is unused, unmarked, undamaged, and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
